5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information – We do not use sensitive personal
information for purposes beyond what is necessary to provide our services.
6. Right Not to Be Discriminated Against – We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service if you exercise any of your privacy rights.

SECTION 6 – COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies to improve user experience, analyze site traffic, and deliver targeted advertising. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from us, your mobile phone number and related messaging data will be used solely for the purposes of operating and improving our mobile messaging program. This includes sending you transactional updates (e.g., order confirmations, shipping alerts) and promotional offers.

By opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Our mobile messaging program is governed by our Mobile Terms of Service, available at
https://willleathergoods.mom/pages/mobile-terms-of-service. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your express consent. Your SMS opt-in data is not shared with any third party except as necessary to operate the messaging program (e.g., Klaviyo, as our SMS platform provider).

SECTION 8 – SECURITY
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your personal information using technical, administrative, and physical safeguards. While no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, we comply with PCI-DSS and other applicable security standards. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

SECTION 9 – DO NOT TRACK
We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers due to the lack of a consistent industry standard. We do, however, honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as described in Section 6.

SECTION 10 – AGE OF CONSENT
This site is intended for users who are at least 16 years of age and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement or are authorized by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16.
